Sabrina was appointed General Manager across all Sanctuary Villages retirement village portfolio in October 2024, as an experienced retirement village manager with more than a decade in the sector she has consistently delivered satisfaction and high level of services to village residents. She was recognised in 2021 as the NT/SA Village manager of the year by the Retirement Living Council.

She has a reputation of breaking industry records and implementing systems that benefit resident wellbeing, sustainability and resident satisfaction. Sabrina has held village management roles with major retirement living operators Keyinvest, Lendlease and, most recently, Keyton one of the largest retirement village operators in Australia. She has wide experience in village management, sales and marketing, ILU and community centre refurbishments, resident relations and management of village staff. She has increased the sustainability of the retirement villages through transitioning from gas to electricity in ILUs, and increase of renewables.

As General Manager, Sabrina manages IDSLF village operations, sales and marketing, compliance, staffing and HR, to create operational synergies across all ICAM villages. An important element of her role is supporting the Fund’s onboarding of new acquisitions, staff and residents.

Michael is an experienced finance professional with a background spanning across roles at Westpac Banking Corporation and professional consulting firm RPS. His expertise is in financial analysis, modelling, and advisory services working on major infrastructure projects and in private, commercial, and retail banking sectors.Currently, Michael works across the infrastructure and property portfolios at ICAM, where he is responsible for delivering in-depth financial analysis and modelling, investment reporting, and active investment management decisions to enhance fund performance and support long-term strategic objectives.

Michael’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane and a Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute.

As Managing Director of Omega Communities, Alok brings nearly two decades of diverse experience spanning retail, hotels, not-for-profit, and over 10 years in seniors living. He is on the board of the Retirement Living Committee for South Australia under the Property Council of Australia, helping shape policy and best practices across the sector.

Jim is a highly respected leader with a distinguished career spanning investment banking, commercial banking, and seniors housing. He currently holds several prominent leadership roles, including Deputy Chancellor of the Adelaide University, and Chair of the Barossa Hills and Fleurieu Local Health Network, Precision Group, Omega Communities Group and the Adelaide Festival Trust. He also serves as Board Member of COTA Australia and Ingenia Communities Group (ASX:INA). In recognition of his outstanding contribution to the property sector, Jim was inducted into the Property Council of Australia’s Hall of Fame—an honour that reflects his decades of influence and impact across the industry.

With over 20 years of experience in China-Australia investment strategy, he is widely recognised for bridging capital and opportunity across borders.

With a foundation in engineering and a strong track record in investment management, James has worked across a diverse range of sectors including infrastructure, property, agriculture, livestock breeding, and business acquisition. His strategic insight has driven the success of numerous product development and investment initiatives in both countries.

Antonio Calabrese has 20 years of experience in M&A, capital strategy, and valuations, initiating his career at KPMG Corporate Finance, focused on transaction structuring, advisory, acquisitions and valuations in infrastructure assets and companies. Antonio’s career led him to Sky plc in London where he played a critical role in M&A strategy and strategic business projects and upon returning to Australia was a Director at KPMG Corporate Finance.

Now, he leads ICAM’s infrastructure and private credit portfolios while serving as CFO for T-Ports, a company managed by ICAM and specialising in shallow-water port and transhipment vessel design, construction and operation.

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, and founding partner of accounting firm Veitch Pty Ltd. He is sought after for his business and advisory skills and has extensive knowledge in business structuring, tax, retirement living, investments across financial planning and wholesale alternative investments.

Daniel has consistently driven change within the property sector.

Trish Giannini is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience across commercial advisory, CFO, directorship and operational roles. Her background spans large corporates, boutique advisory, public practice, and startups. Trish has expertise across corporate finance, audit, capital raising, strategy and M&A across sectors including property, tech, agriculture, F&B and manufacturing. She is currently a Director and Audit Committee Chair at the Australian Wine Research Institute, and serves on several boards, including as Treasurer for the Afghan Women’s Federation of SA.

Tim Young brings over a decade of experience in financial services, with a background in portfolio management, client advisory and business development. Before joining ICAM, he held roles at JBWere and an Adelaide-based alternative asset manager. At ICAM, Tim leads capital raising across High Net Wealth clients, Family Offices, and Wealth Advisors and Institutional alongside new business development.

Jane Petrie brings over 25 years of experience managing property portfolios across Europe, the UK, and Australia. Before joining ICAM in 2019, she spent 13 years at global institutional real estate investment manager AEW, overseeing major retail and commercial assets. Jane is also a member of the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property initiative and chaired the SA Future Trends and Innovations Committee since 2022-2024. She currently sits on the Industrial and Logistics Committee for SA.

Michael is a highly respected advisor and board member of ICAM and the Chairman of Partners for Bentley SA with deep expertise in retail property, construction, financial advisory and accounting. With a global track record including projects across Australia, the U.S., Asia, Mexico, and Europe, he specialises in property syndication, acquisitions, due diligence, and development advisory.

Andrew Daniels is the Chair of ICAM and is a seasoned executive with a career spanning major events, tourism, finance, and public-sector leadership.

Andrew is also the Chair of several organisations including Adelaide Venue Management Corporation, South Australian Motor Sport Board, Your Say Hospitality Group Pty Ltd, Novita Disability Services Ltd, Adelaide Symphony Orchestra Holdings Ltd and The Adelaide Festival Plaza Committee.

For 10 years, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority, overseeing the operations of one of South Australia’s most iconic infrastructure venues and its growing portfolio of hospitality and tourism ventures.

Prior to this, Andrew held several high-profile executive roles, including CEO of the Motor Accident Commission of South Australia, CEO of the South Australian Motor Sports Board, and General Manager of Australian Major Events. His experience also includes serving as Commercial Manager for the South Australian Tourism Commission and Deputy Chief Executive of the Australian Formula One Grand Prix Board.

Freddy is the Founder and Managing Director of ICAM, a rapidly expanding alternative investments fund manager based in South Australia (SA). He brings close to 3 decades of experience in funds management, having held senior investment and leadership positions in the public and private sectors across Adelaide, Sydney, and London.

He spent over 6 years as Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of MAC, a South Australian Government Insurance Fund ($3.5B) where he was responsible for the investment team, outsourced investment entities, and both strategic and dynamic asset allocation as well as a $150M infrastructure portfolio and $600M direct property portfolio. Freddy was also responsible for investment strategy, portfolio construction and capital management. Prior to this, Freddy held senior investment roles at BT Financial Group, IAG Asset Management and Allianz Australia where he was responsible for multi-asset Insurance Funds ($16B), including a $400 million direct property portfolio.

In addition to serving on the various investment boards of ICAM, Freddy is the Vice President of the Property Council of Australia (SA Division) and is on the Investment Advisory Committee for Public Trustee SA. He is also a board member of Resthaven, South Australia’s largest aged care provider as well as the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra. He is an advisory board member for Centina, a growing South Australian construction company.
